• To enhance comfort and relieve pressure, a layer of “high-density” memory foam is incorporated. This memory foam layer neutralizes the sensation of the steel coils beneath, ensuring a comfortable sleep.

Firmness & Comfort

The Saatva Classic mattress is available in three distinct firmness options: Plush Soft (soft), Luxury Firm (medium-firm), and Firm. Our assessment in the 360 Lab focused on the Luxury Firm variant, which, on a firmness scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the firmest, earned a rating of 7.

During testing, our petite sleep product expert found the Luxury Firm version to be too firm when lying on her side, experiencing discomfort and shoulder strain. However, she lauded its exceptional support for back sleepers.
